Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Sherman Oaks. We have maderequesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans and PPO. Contact our office to verify acceptance. We do not participate in HMO. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We require that copays are paid by the time of appointment. We accept cash, check and credit card.

The entrance to our building is off Huston. Non-validated parking is available. There is street parking available. Please read the parking restrictions before leaving your vehicle.
